Terms of Service

Last updated: February 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appoval ("Service"), operated by Jonah Alt, located in Germany. By joining our waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Appoval

Appoval is an intelligent toolkit that analyzes, optimizes, and prepares mobile apps for submission to the Apple App Store. The Service provides automated analysis, actionable feedback, and submission checklists to improve your chances of approval — but does not guarantee any specific outcome from Apple.

2. Waitlist

By submitting your email address to the Appoval waitlist, you agree to receive one or more emails notifying you of our launch and related updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to determine the order and eligibility for early access.

You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at info@appoval.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Appoval to:

  • Submit, analyze, or optimize apps that violate Apple's App Store Review Guidelines or any applicable law
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it

4. No Apple Approval Guarantee

Appoval provides analysis and recommendations based on publicly available App Store Review Guidelines. Apple's review process is entirely independent and subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee that using Appoval will result in your app being approved by Apple. Our Service is a preparatory tool, not a guarantee of outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software that make up the Appoval Service — including but not limited to the interface, logo, analysis algorithms, and written content — are the intellectual property of Appoval and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Any app data, metadata, or content you submit to Appoval for analysis remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appoval shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to app rejections, lost revenue, or data loss.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a harmful way.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Contact
