We collect minimal data:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist. We use this solely to notify you when Appoval launches.
- Anonymized usage data — page views, referrer, country, and device type via Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

- Waitlist registration — processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
- Analytics — processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding website usage.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following service providers as data processors. Each has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us.
Resend

5. Data Retention
We store your email address until Appoval launches or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After launch, waitlist data that has not been converted to an account will be deleted within 30 days.
